When Karri first moved to Canberra in October 2021, she noticed a neglected wall covered in amateur graffiti at her local shops, so she approached the owners and offered to donate a mural to them. This wall was notorious for being tagged by vandals, and the owners didn't think the mural would last a week without getting tagged again.
At this point, it's been 6 months since Karri donated this mural and it's yet to fall victim to graffiti. It just goes to show - street art really can prevent vandalism.
